FOOTWEAR MEASUREMENT GUIDE BELLOW TO DISCOVER YOUR IDEAL FIT

1. Prepare the paper:
Tape a sheet of paper to a hard, flat surface so it doesn't slip.

2. Stand correctly
Stand on the paper with your feet shoulder-width apart and your weight evenly balanced (measure one foot at a time).

3. Mark the length:
With a pen or pencil held straight down, have a friend or partner mark the tip of your big toe and the back of your heel.

4. Measure:
Step off the paper and use a ruler or tape measure to measure the distance between the two marks - this is your foot length.

5. Check your size:
Repeat with your other foot. It's normal for one foot to be slightly longer.
Use the longer measurement to find your size in our chart - if you fall between two sizes, choose the larger one for optimal comfort.

NORDIC WALKING – GUIDE TO THE CORRECT POLE LENGTH

1. Wear your shoes
Always wear Nordic Walking shoes, as the sole height affects the correct pole length.

2. Correct posture
Stand on a flat surface with your back straight.

3. Pole positioning
If you already have a pole, hold it while keeping it parallel to your body.

4. Natural arm position
With the pole in position, your arm should feel natural and relaxed, without straining the shoulder or elbow.
It is important that the elbow forms a slightly greater than 90° angle.

5. Confirming the correct length
Use the formula: body height × 0.68
Round to the nearest 2.5 cm
If you are between two sizes → choose the shorter one.

Final check: the pole should feel balanced, comfortable, and support a natural Nordic Walking movement.

CROSS-COUNTRY SKIING – GUIDE TO THE CORRECT POLE LENGTH

1. Wear ski boots
Measure while wearing cross-country ski boots or sports shoes, as they affect height.

2. Correct posture
Stand on a flat surface with an upright posture.

3. Pole positioning
Place the pole vertically in front of you with the tip on the ground.

4. Height depending on technique
Classic style: the pole should reach shoulder height (beginners should not exceed it)
Skating style: the pole can reach up to 10 cm above the shoulder

5. Final length confirmation
Round to the nearest 2.5 cm
Beginners → round down
Advanced users → rounding up is possible
Formulas:
Classic = height × 0.84
Skating = height × 0.89

PYTHON TWIST TECH:

The bottom part is reinforced with additional carbon bands that increases shaft stiffness and provide shock resistance to the pole.

Best carbon compound to give maximum lightness and stiffness.

UNPAINTED

The lower part of the pole is not painted, which makes the stick more solid and greener (reduced use of paint).

STIFFNESS

We measure here the stiffness/ flexibility of the pole. The 80 cm length of the lower part of the tube is stressed until it is bent by 15mm. The resistance is measured in kg and corresponds to the weight of the thrust. the results were divided into 3 categories, namely:

1. SUPERIOR
(from 17 kg to 21 kg)

2. GOOD
(11 kg to 14 kg)

3. MEDIUM
(7 kg to 10 kg)

SWING

A good balance of the pole leads to a better momentum of the movement. The balance of the stick is measured in cm starting from the center of gravity of the tube and calculating the difference between the lower and upper parts. The results were divided into 3 categories, namely:

1. SUPERIOR
(from 13 cm to 16 cm)

2. GOOD
(6 cm to 10 cm)

3. MEDIUM
(2 cm to 5 cm)
